AFLOAT USA magazine and Claudio’s Waterfront have joined forces again this year to ring in the summer on the North Fork of Long Island with their 2nd annual AQUAVERSE, a free-to-the-public event for seaside sun-and-fun lovers. After last year’s success, the event founders have upped the ante with a new mix of luxury charter yachts, demos of the latest in electric watercraft, aquaculture events, and of course, Claudio’s fresh seafood. “If you like high-tech marine toys, you’re not going to want to miss this year’s show,” notes Debbie Allen, publisher of AFLOAT USA.
At AQUAVERSE 2023, Taiga Motors will show off the Orca Carbon—the only 100% electric recreational jet ski with a super quiet, emission-free ride. Fliteboard will debut the all-new Flitescooter, surfing above the water on the most advanced eFoil on the market. “We’re excited to be a part of this event and spread the word about our local shellfish and marine habitat restoration efforts,” said Kimberly Barbour, Director of Cornell’s Back to the Bays, who will be on hand to showcase their interactive Traveling Touch Tank.
Oysterponds Shellfish Co. will serve up fresh oyster tastings, shucking demonstrations, and tours of their oyster boat. Stony Brook Eastern Long Island Hospital is back for a second year supporting the community.
Yacht Hampton returns again this year with luxury yacht and boat rentals. East Coast Houseboats, one of the premier manufacturers of residential styled houseboats in the country, will be showcasing life aboard a floating home. True Sailing will be booking sailing lessons and charters for the 2023 season.
AQUAVERSE 2023 is free to the public and will be held Saturday, June 3rd, 2023 from 12:00pm to 5:00pm. Visit aquaverseusa.com to learn more and register for prize giveaways.
