The Chequit Hotel on Shelter Island Welcomes Artist Casey Chalem to Their Rotating Artist-In-Residence Program

The Chequit Hotel announced their next featured East End artist, Casey Chalem, in its artist-in-residence program. Join Sag Harbor resident Casey Chalem for a cocktail party on July 22 at The Chequit to celebrate her new residency at the hotel. Casey’s exhibit will feature 15 pieces and will run until August 14.

Casey creates oil paintings heavily influenced by the idyllic Hamptons landscape. Whether it’s the majestic ocean waves, tranquil salt marshes, or fields of flowers bursting with color, audiences will find that Casey’s work expresses the timeless beauty of nature and the beach surrounding her. Casey’s work has been featured at Ralph Lauren, Tiffany’s, and many more notable luxury retailers. The event is open to the public and does not require an RSVP.
