After a successfully first season in Water Mill, Kissaki is expanding across the Hamptons this summer. Their Montauk pop up, Kissaki X Fish Cheeks, is now open at the Montauk Angler’s Club on East Lake Drive.

Fish Cheeks is a NYC-based Thai favorite, and their partnership with Kissaki creates a fun array of signature dishes from both restaurants.

The menu features southern Thai highlights from Fish Cheeks along with Kissaki’s full sushi menu. Notable menu items from Kissaki include the Omakase Hachi, Maguro Mama futomaki, Zuke Sake-don sushi rice bowl, and Sake Maki. For dessert, try their signature chiffon layer cakes like Dulce De Leche and Mango Coconut Sago.

Top selections from Fish Cheeks include their Calamari, Crab Curry, and Fried Fish with Thai Garden Herbs. Pair your dish with a chilled Thai Tea or Thai Coffee.

Kissaki owner Garry Kanfer also signed a lease to take over the former Bamboo and Zokkon space at 47 Montauk Highway in East Hampton.

Kanfer aims to bring his newest concept, O by Kissaki, to this location in late June, which will offer the high-quality sushi-grade fish alongside raw crudos and hot robata grilled items. O by Kissaki is also due to debut in the Wynwood neighborhood of Miami next year.
