K Pasa is an American taqueria in the Hamptons. The all-day dining restaurant draws inspiration from the sunny Californian coast offering fun, relaxed indoor and outdoor dining. This seaside restaurant is located on Main Street and features panoramic views of the Sag Harbor Marina and Long Wharf.
Interior Style and Inspiration
The stylish interior boasts an upbeat vibe. According to David Hart, one of the founders of K Pasa, he teamed up with childhood friend and artist Danny Lawless.
They wanted the walls to have a concrete, industrial feel that rolled into the open stainless ducting and iron beams and shelving. Then, to soften it up and add a bit of a Hamptons/beach tone, they brought in the beachy white oak, and oversized fans. Lastly, Lawless created a huge mural for the back wall. The mural features many hidden elements of K Pasa and the Hamptons.
Chef Miguel Reyes Castillo
At the helm of the K Pasa kitchen is Chef Miguel Reyes Castillo. He originally worked at Estia’s Little Kitchen. Chef Castillo is a native of Mexico who learned to cook from him grandmother, like so many other chefs.
The Menu at K Pasa
The menu at K Pasa features a variety of inventive and health-focused tacos, wonton tacos, salads, and rice bowls, as well as a dedicated children’s menu.
A selection of their most popular dishes, especially for their Hamptons clientele, are Lamb Birria, Burrata with Salsa Verde, and their Coconut & Passionfruit Panna Cotta.
