Ocean Club Montauk

Montauk

Summer for us means waterfront dining nonstop. At the Ocean Club Montauk, you can enjoy some of the best views of the dock and marina. Relax by modern firepits while enjoying a fresh cocktail as the sun goes down. The dishes here are unique. Plates like the fresh tuna tartare are a chef’s kiss.

Rosie’s

Amagansett

Rosie’s a little different, and that’s something we enjoy about it. Located in Amagansett, it’s the perfect place for a date night. Their backyard patio area is ideal for dining as the sun goes down, and it’s a perfect stop if you’re in town. The menu is thoughtfully sourced and crafted, and dishes like Rosie’s Burger are the Hamptons’ equivalent of comfort food.

The Beacon

Sag Harbor

With stunning views of Sag Harbor Bay, The Beacon is a favorite to many in the area. Since it opened in 1999, it has given off old-school meets new. It’s an intelligent way to have dinner with a fantastic backdrop. Each outdoor patio seat views the bay, and their cocktails are to die for. Pro tip: head over and snag a table before sunset; it’s one of the best places to catch the end of the day.

Coche Comedor

Amagansett

One of the goto drinks in the summer is a margarita, and Coche Comedor is one of the best places to have one. Their expansive Mexican cuisine has become a local favorite for drinks and more. The great thing about this place is that they take walk-ins, which can be an issue anywhere in the Hamptons during the summer. Their queso flameado is best paired with a coche margarita on the rocks.

Montauk Project

Montauk

Located on 240 Fort Pond Road, the Montauk Project is a new restaurant and bar by Bryan Seekamp and Sam Berkson. It’s a contemporary eatery and bar in a newly redesigned space worth a gander. The great thing about this place is that it’s open until 2 a.m. every day during the summer. If you’re having the midnight munchies, head over and enjoy a cocktail or two.

Lulu Kitchen & Bar

Sag Harbor

Not every restaurant has to be outdoors, but if you enjoy sidewalk dining, that’s fun, too. Lulu Kitchen & Bar is the type of place where you come to enjoy the food. Each dish caters to different kinds of eaters, but favorites like grilled lobster and more bring it all together. It’s open year-round and can be fun to escape the summer heat.

Almond Restaurant

Bridgehampton

Another indoor eatery, Almond Restaurant, is a Bridgehampton darling. This American restaurant caters to the community by serving some of the best local and artisanal dishes. Their weekly summer karaoke night is on Thursday, which can be a blast if you enjoy busting a tune. The event starts at 9:30 p.m. every summer Thursday.

Kissaki

Water Mill

Located in one of the cutest alleys in Water Mill, Kissaki serves contemporary Japanese food specializing in sushi. They have many other locations, including one in Miami Beach, but the Water Mill eatery is our favorite. Their indoor counter omakase runs for about $150 per person, but it is worth it. It’s 15 courses of pure deliciousness and an experience you’ll always remember.

Tutto Il Giorno

Sag Harbor and Southampton

With two locations in the Hamptons (Sag Harbor and Southampton), it’s become a favorite to those fond of southern Italian cuisine. Their Polpo (grilled octopus, fingerling potatoes, and green olives) has to be one of our favorites. If you’re looking for an excellent outdoor space to dine in, check out their Southampton location. It’s perfect for garden dining.

Sí Sí

East Hampton

Overlooking Three Mile Harbor, Sí Sí (yes, yes) is a Mediterranean fever dream at EHP Resort & Marina. It incorporates cuisines from Spain, Italy, Greece, Morocco, and almost every country bordering the Mediterranean Sea. Their paella is top-notch. Saturday nights seem their busiest time, and we wouldn’t mind watching the sunset from its indoor/outdoor vantage point.
