The Ocean Club, A Four Seasons Resort is collaborating with Topping Rose House Bridgehampton, New York for a special two-night culinary takeover, in celebration of 25 years of DUNE by Jean-Georges. Since its 2000 opening, DUNE has set the stage for a fine dining experience with an island twist. On August 28 and 29, 2025, patrons can experience the delectable flavours of DUNE in the chic, intimate setting of Jean-Georges at Topping Rose House, a boutique hotel and restaurant run by Jean-Georges Vongerichten. The Ocean Club’s Executive Chef Lester Dean will prepare a special menu with several of DUNE’s top-rated menu items, including Bahamian Conch Salad with Cucumber, Tomato and Lime; Local Lobster with Light Curry Sauce, Fried Plantains and Bok Choy; and Roasted Grouper, Vegetables Mariniere with Sauce Aromates.
