This curated program is led by four industry experts who will explore functional medicine approaches, mindful movement techniques, non-invasive beauty applications, recognition of symptoms as the body’s spoken language, and the true nature of healing. Within the peaceful container of the award-winning wellness oasis, Shou Sugi Ban House, you’ll find opportunities to re-connect with nature, and self, in the beauty of a serene environment. Join us for the one-day group program on Saturday, September 14, or integrate your body further by adding on private sessions with each leading expert on the day before and/or the day after the program.
