Allure Restaurant & Lounge
Allure Restaurant & Lounge is a brand-new restaurant and cocktail lounge inside Hotel Belleclaire. Chef Joshua Vazquez is offering a New Year’s Eve celebration that goes into the wee hours of the morning.
The celebration features a 5-course pre-fix menu with starters like Charred Baby Cuttlefish, Grilled Prawns or a Burrata, choice of salad, entrees that include a Crab Pappardelle, Rainbow Trout or Prime NY Strip as options and two desserts to choose from.
Guests have the option of caviar, lobster, champagne package and premium open bar add-ons. First seating is 5-8pm, and the second seating is 8pm-2am. Party favors are handed out to guests for second seating which also includes Champagne toast at midnight. A TV in the room will showcase New Year’s Eve celebrations from around the world, leading up to the Times Square Ball drop.

Aquavit
Chef Emma Bengtsson’s Nordic fare is the center of New Year’s Eve, in both the formal dining room and the more casual Bar Room of 55th Street’s two-Michelin-starred Aquavit.
The Dining Room will be offering a choice of either five or six courses consisting of signature dishes like Turbot with löjrom, endive, and champagne hollandaise, and Grilled Lobster with salsify, maitake, and bone marrow.
In the Bar Room, the menu boasts more traditional Swedish flavors and preparations like Lobster Bisque and Duck with Carrot Confit. Chef Emma’s pastry background shines through with the Seabuckthorn Cheesecake and Gooseberry Tart.
There will be two seatings, one at 6pm and the second at 7:30pm. The Bar Room has seatings available at 6pm.
Chef Guo
This New Year’s Eve, Chef Guo continues to take diners on a cultural culinary journey. He inflects his expertise on traditional Chinese dishes modernizing them and creating a healthier, more nutritious version, using organic and daily sourced ingredients.
Situated discreetly in the Randolph House luxury residences, diners are greeted by a server dressed in a traditional red robe and are transported to an intimate dining room that resembles an imperial courtyard. The dining room accommodates just 10 for each seating, and the servers take their time to carefully explain each dish, its ingredients, and the story behind its invention, creating the atmosphere of a private dinner party.
The menu offers an exceptional 19-course Imperial Chinese Tasting Menu that features innovative dishes crafted for each seating. David Burke Tavern
Located on E 62nd, Street David Burke Tavern is hosting a 4-course prix fixe dinner for $125 per person, a champagne toast & midnight countdown. Dishes include Lobster Dumplings, Tuna tartare, Burrata salad, Fire Roasted Halibut, Diver Scallops, and much more. His signature clothesline bacon will be served to share at the table.

Delmonico’s
Ring in the New Year in one of NYC’s oldest restaurants. Delmonico’s will be offering three seatings on New Year’s Eve.
During the first two seatings, from 5-7pm and 7-9pm, guests will have the option of ordering a la carte or from the four-course menu ($195 per person). During the final seating from 9pm onward, guests will enjoy the four-course tasting menu for $195 per person and enjoy menu favorites such as Tuna “Tagliatelle”, Dry Aged Bone in Ribeye, Faroe Island Salmon, Baked Alaska, and a Chocolate Layer Cake with malted milk ice cream.

Fandi Mata
On New Year’s Eve, Fandi Mata in Williamsburg is partnering with Hybrid Movement to present an immersive New Year’s Eve dining experience, a night of unveiling prophecies and manifesting good fortune and blessings for the year to come. Divided into three acts, each lasting 15-20 minutes, ‘The Oracle’ has been thoughtfully designed to complement and synchronize with the progression of meal courses through live vocals, world class circus acts, aerial mastery, ballet and contemporary dance.
A 4-course prix fixe menu is available with a complimentary toast. General admission and open bar admission is also available. Tickets can be purchased through Resy.
Forsythia
Celebrate the full Italian experience this New Year’s Eve in NYC. Forsythia on the Lower East Side transports diners to the cobblestone streets of Rome with a holiday tasting menu on New Year’s Eve.
New Year’s Eve seatings will go from 5:30-10:30pm. The holiday menu at Forsythia is a celebration of the traditions of Italy: black truffle, white truffle, caviar and seafood, chestnuts, tortellini in brodo, cantucci, and more. The dishes express how these winter ingredients are prepared to bring comfort in Italy in the colder months.
Jalao NYC
Jalao NYC at Radio Hotel is a Dominican-inspired restaurant, offering traditional Caribbean cuisine with an elevated New York twist. Enjoy a 4-course prix fixe dinner at Jalao for $85 each with a glass of champagne.
Jalao NYC will be serving up signature cocktails, including the Mamajuana Manhattan, the Mercado Margarita and the Santo Dominicano. Guests will dance the night away and cheers with a champagne toast at midnight.
Junoon
This New Year’s Eve, Michelin-starred Indian fine dining restaurant, Junoon will offer live music with a dynamic eight-course dinner ($155 per person) with an optional wine pairing (+$75). The menu features chef Akshay Bhardwaj’s inventive takes on traditional Indian dishes like Dudhiya Paneer, Halibut Moile, and Mushroom Kozambu.

These specials are best enjoyed alongside Junoon’s inventive cocktail program that leans into Indian spices, teas and liquors. Cocktails will include the Mumbai Margarita, Masala Whiskey as well as their brand new “Flight to India,” featuring three transportive mini cocktails on a hand-painted flight boat.
Kintsugi Omakase
Kintsugi Omakase in Soho will be serving two tiers of omakase: Kintsugi Experience: 20-courses for $195, and the Soho Experience: 17-courses for $155. The tasting also includes a sushi chef’s choice of handroll, gourmet miso soup, tamago and a seasonal dessert.
Executive Chef Victor Chen creates imaginative starters with exciting flavor combinations and uses locally sourced fish, enabling for a broader selection.
Another holiday special being offered is a Winter Beverage pairing for $85 per person that features a five-glass paring of new sake and wine, which will rotate weekly. Seating times are at 5pm, 7pm, and 9pm.
La Mercarie
La Mercerie in Soho is ringing in the New Year with exquisite champagne, live music and dancing, a cocktail party at Guild Bar, and a spirited prix fixe menu from Chef Marie-Aude Rose—all inspired by the raucous splendor of a 1950s French-Caribbean resort.

The Lambs Club
The Lambs Club in the historic Chatwal Hotel is offering a super-exclusive, elegant dining experience in the heart of Times Square on New Year’s Eve. The menu, a ticketed event for $1800, offers spectacular indulgences to match the celebratory night. The five-course dinner, beginning at 8pm includes Kumamato Oysters with a Champagne gelee and a Bollinger Cuvee Champagne pairing; Beef Tartare with caviar and egg yolk and a 2021 Domaine Guiberteau to accompany; Dover Sole with langoustine and celery root alongside a spectacular 2018 Vincent Girardin, Santenay; and Alba White Truffles over Tagliatelle with ricotta and parmesan and a 2013 Ceretto Barolo.
The menu then moves on to the star of the show, a stunning Wagyu with black truffles and foie gras, matched with a glass of Overture by Opus One Bordeaux. To finish, Chef Jack Logue presents a Raspberry Sabayon, and Dark Chocolate Mousse with a hazelnut praline and a 2010 Isole e Olena Vin Santo.

Monterey
Midtown Manhattan’s retro-chic American restaurant is celebrating New Year’s Eve with a three-course and five-course prix fixe menu. The first seating ($125 per person) will be between 5-8:30pm. The second seating ($195 per person) will be from 8:30pm-2am.
The five-course prix-fixe menu at Monterey starts with Oysters on the Half Shell and Champagne, followed by appetizer options like Wagyu Carpaccio, Chilled Half Lobster, Bluefin Tuna Tartare with Santa Barbara Uni, and Hokkaido Scallop Crudo with Ossetra Caviar.
Mid-course options include Black Truffle Lasagna and Scottish Langoustine Scampi or Capellini with White Truffle for an additional $65. Entrees include Dry Aged Rohan Duck, Beef Tenderloin, Black Truffle Risotto, Roasted Tilefish, and Iberico Pork Chop. The night ends sweetly with a choice of Chocolate Souffle, Persimmon Pudding, Ile Flottante, Baba Au Rhum, or Honeynut Squash with maple crème brûlée.
NARO
NARO is kicking off the New Year in Manhattan’s iconic Rockefeller Center, offering special tasting menus for guests. Offerings at NARO include Lobster Bibimbap (Namul Rice, Gang Doenjang and Pickled Bamboo), A5 Wagyu (Sunchokes, Perilla Leaf and Kimchi Jjim), and Mont Blanc (Chestnut Mousse, Marron Glace).
For New Year’s Eve, NARO is offering a 7-course tasting menu ($225) with a complimentary voucher to the Top of the Rock for those that join them in the main dining room. Three seatings are available, 5:30pm, 7:30pm, and 8pm.
The terrace and bar will continue to serve our a la carte offerings on New Year’s Eve.
The Polo Bar
Ring in 2024 at The Polo Bar this New Year’s Eve in NYC. Experience this year’s delectable menu accompanied by Krug, Grande Cuvée, 166ème Édition champagne. The multi-course menu offerings include kumamoto oysters and golden osetra caviar, black tie burger with truffle fondue and shaved périgord truffle, warm Maine lobster, roasted foie gras, prime filet mignon and roasted Long Island duck.
To finish, guests can choose a baked Colorado, citrus meringue, or spiced flourless chocolate cake. Seatings will begin at 9pm for the NYE menu. The restaurant will serve its standard a la carte menu from 5-9pm.
Shuka
Shuka is celebrating New Year’s Eve with their annual “A Night in Marrakesh Feast.” The feast features a multi-course dinner and exciting entertainment including henna artists and belly dancers at the second seating.
Shuka‘s menu will include special items such as samboska with baharat spiced lamb, pickled sultanas, almonds, fluke piccata and cheesecake baklava to name a few.
Two seatings will be available. The second seating will include a midnight champagne toast and entertainment such as belly dancers and henna artists.
The feast will be available in the dining room, as well as in the restaurant’s heated outdoor seating setup on Macdougal.
Veranda
This New Year’s Eve, Michelin-starred chef George Mendes is offering special holiday prix fixe tasting menu and champagne toast upon arrival at his chic, greenhouse-like restaurant Veranda at the ModernHaus Soho Hotel.
Guests can celebrate NYE in style in Veranda’s chic and newly renovated greenhouse-like dining room or in their brand new heated and winterized yurts.
Chef Mendes is offering special holiday creations including Hamachi Confit, Salted Cod
and Potato Gratin, and Wagyu Beef Brisket Cooked for 48 Hours. At midnight, Veranda will be hosting a countdown with a champagne toast for all guests.
The Wesley
The Wesley is a new plant-forward restaurant located in the heart of the West Village.
For New Year’s Eve, The Wesley is offering their regular a La Carte menu along with a few specials for an evening themed A Night at the Oscars. The restaurant will be decked out with red carpet and drapery along with surprise accents reminiscent of old-time black and white movies, glitz and glam.
Specialty menu items will include slightly warmed Oysters, Confit Duck Breast and Baked Alaska. They will also be serving a specialty champagne cocktail, Hide Your Diamonds, sparkling wine, elderflower, cassis, lemon and Nixta corn liquor, with a 12am toast to ring in the new year.
