PatBO and Bounce Beach Montauk toasted their exclusive seasonal partnership with an effortlessly stylish beachfront brunch on Saturday, July 19th. Held at Bounce Beach’s prime oceanfront locale, the event offered an inspired blend of high fashion, curated design, and culinary indulgence.
Fashion, Rosé, and Elevated Bites
Guests arrived to chilled pours of Château Sainte Marguerite Symphonie Rosé, setting the tone for a vibrant and breezy morning. Music by Carlos Mélange pulsed throughout the open-air space as attendees mingled and dined al fresco.
The brunch menu was a highlight in itself, beginning with elegant starters like avocado toast, local burrata, and yellowfin tuna tartare. For mains, guests enjoyed elevated coastal fare including blackened fish tacos, bang bang shrimp, farm lettuce salad with grilled chicken, and indulgent lobster rolls. Sides such as spiced fries and mini mac rigatoni baked in a three-cheese truffle sauce rounded out the decadent menu—perfectly balancing comfort and culinary sophistication.

Renowned for its elevated resortwear and intricate hand-embroidered designs, PatBO debuted a bespoke summer print exclusive to Bounce Beach—seen on the hospitality team’s uniforms and throughout the space via artisan-made textiles and furnishings.
