Alain Ducasse’s restaurant highlights classic French cuisine with a rotating, seasonal menu. Notable dishes include the Croque-monsieur and Hand-chopped beef tartare.

Signature cocktails comprise of the refreshing Le Jardin: cucumber infused gin, lemon, and elderflower; and the elegant Punch Normand: Rothschild Champagne, calvados, strawberries, and grapefruit.

Another favorite to note is their most famous creation, cocktail, Around The Clock. It is crafted with Mezcal, grapefruit, lime, egg white, and red chili peppers.

At the helm of Benoit’s kitchen is Executive Chef Laetitia Rouabah. Rouabah has been with Benoit for almost five years. She grew up in a Parisian suburb and began cooking at a very young age, helping her mom in the kitchen.

She met her mentor, Ducasse, in Paris at Relais Plaza at the Plaza Athenée. She eventually moved to London and was the chef de party for the opening of Alain Ducasse at The Dorchester. Now, she has been working with Ducasse for over fifteen years.
