Union Burger Bar in Southampton opened for outdoor dining on Wednesday, June 10th. Famous for their seriously good burgers and outrageously photogenic milkshakes, they are offering their full menu for lunch and dinner. Dining options include their outdoor picnic tables generously spaced apart on their private front lawn and covered patio dining. This popular burger joint celebrated their one-year anniversary this past winter.
The Menu
Executive Chef Scott Kampf has curated a slamming good burger menu. Starters we recommend include their Fried Pickles with buttermilk ranch dipping sauce, and the NYC Street Pretzel with cheese queso dip. Our favorite milkshake (perfect for sharing) is The Kampfire: chocolate, graham cracker rim, vanilla & marshmallow milkshake, topped with whipped cream, a giant s’more, chocolate sauce and a cherry. Boozy Shakes like the Peanut Butter & Jelly Time with Frangelico & Chambord are also available.

Southwest Burger: 8 oz black Angus beef, habanero pepper jack cheese, apricot bacon bbq sauce & coleslaw on a pretzel bun. ($15.95)
Black & Bleu: 8 oz black Angus beef, bleu cheese, applewood bacon, lettuce, tomato, caramelized walnut crumble on a brioche bun. ($17.95)
The Gobbler: 6 oz turkey burger, apricot compote, melted Swiss, fresh avocado slices on a multi-grain roll. ($16.95)
Perfectly Impossible: 6 oz Impossible Burger, lettuce, tomato, onion hay, secret sauce, pretzel bun. ($16.95)
The Impossible Burger may be substituted for any of their burgers on the menu. Burgers are served with pickle, and a choice of hand cut fries or house slaw. Guests may substitute a side salad, onion rings, or sweet potato fries for an additional $2.
Children’s Menu
All kids’ meals include a choice of soft drink, juice box or milk and are for children under 12. We love the Kid’s Grilled Cheese with carrots and celery ($9.95). On Sundays, Union Burger Bar offers $5 Kids Meals all night long (with purchase of adult burger meal).

Hours
Union Burger Bar is open for lunch and dinner seven days a week from 11:30am-10pm for garden and patio dining. Advanced reservations are strongly encouraged.
