Dimora Palanca’s gastronomic presentation reflects the magnificent artwork and attention to detail travelers will discover throughout the city of Florence. A stay at this luxurious hotel offers an a la carte breakfast that is held to the utmost standards is both quality and presentation.

Their breakfast menu focuses on serving the freshest, organic ingredients while limiting food waste. The beverage menu includes fresh squeezed fruit and vegetable juices, seasonal fruit smoothies, champagne, tea, and coffee including their Red Cappuccino (Rooibos Tea with milk foam) and Golden Cappuccino (with Turmeric, Pepper, and Cane Sugar).

Main selections to note are Eggs Florentine, Marinated Salmon and Avocado Toast, and French Toast. Pair with Greek Yogurt, Fresh Fruit, or their Plum-cake and tart of the day, among many other selections.

Mimesi Restaurant brings forth a contemporary dining experience that elevates classic Tuscan cuisine to new heights of modern gastronomy. The restaurant offers a tailored approach to dining and personal atmosphere, with the most attentive waitstaff taking you through your culinary journey.
