Calissa in Water Mill will be offering special menus for Easter from April 3rd – 4th and Greek Easter from May 1st – 2nd for brunch, dinner and takeout.
The Easter menu includes a Roasted Beet Salad with Tangerines, Walnuts, Arugula and Citrus Vinaigrette for $15, Artichokes Polita featuring Braised Artichokes with Shrimp, Lemon, and Greek Saffron for $21, Grilled Lamb Chops with Leeks and Scalloped Potatoes for $42 and Grilled Asparagus Graviera Cheese and Balsamic Reduction for $12.
The Greek Easter menu includes Grilled Haloumi Cheese with Heirloom Tomatoes and Sour Cherry-Balsamic for $17, Artichokes Polita featuring Braised Artichokes With Shrimp, Lemon, and Greek Saffron for $21, a Roasted Leg Of Lamb with Honey Glazed Baby Carrots, Greek Yogurt and Toasted Pistachios for $37, and Orzo and Spring Pea Salad with Red Onion, Mint, Parsley and Lemon for $16.

Goldberg’s Bagels across the Hamptons (and North Fork) is offering a Passover Dinner for ten. The dinner includes a Box of Matzoh, Gefilte Fish with horseradish Sauce, Chicken Soup and Matzoh Balls. There is choice of Brisket with Gravy or Fresh Turkey Breast with Gravy. Health Salad, Potato Kugel and Roasted Carrots.

Krieg’s Bakery has a selection of Easter pastries, cookies, and more. Their menu includes a Raspberry Cheese Babka, Spring Cut-Out Cookies, Challah Bread, Hot Cross Buns, and more.

L&W Market is offering a special Easter menu. Appetizers and platters include Deviled Eggs, an Easter Charcuterie Board, Shrimp Cocktail and an Easter Cheese board, among others. Main course options include a Honey Mustard Glazed Ham, and Roasted Rack of Lamb. A variety of sides including Creamed Kale and Almond Mac n’ Cheese is also available. For dessert, choose from Carrot Cake, Apple Cranberry Cobbler, and Chocolate Croissant Bread Pudding.

Lulu Kitchen & Bar
Lulu Kitchen & Bar is offering an Easter Dinner Special for two people for $185. The meal consists of a House Salad and Woodfire roasted baby carrot salad with pistachio and tarragon buttermilk dressing for an appetizer. It is followed by a Roasted Leg of Lamb stuffed with Mint pesto, English Pea Polenta, and Charred French Beans with Shallots & Almonds. For dessert, customers will be offered French Macarons and Cookies.
Their Passover package is $150. It includes a Mezze Platter with Hummus, Babaganoush, Muhammara, & Wood Fired Flatbread, and is served with a Green and Fresh Herb Salad. For an entree, they are serving up Whole Roasted Cauliflower, Smoked & Roasted Lemon Pepper Whole Chicken with lemon confit and Garlic Kale.

Nick and Toni’s
In honor of Passover, Nick and Toni’s is offering an at home meal with enough food to feed four for $320. The package includes Manischewitz Matzo, Matzo Ball Soup with Greenhouse Carrots and Dill, and an entree choice of Apple & Fennel Braised Lamb Shanks or Whole Rosemary & Lemon Stuffed Chicken.
Accompanying the entree there will be a Maple Butter Sweet Potato Puree and Wood Oven Roasted Brussel Sprouts. Chocolate Coconut Macaroon Cookies will be served as dessert.

Smokin’ Wolf has created a special Passover takeout menu.
Items are a la carte and include Smoked Brisket served with BBQ sauce, Smoked Norwegian Salmon served with Mango Chutney, and others. Side dishes include traditional style sweet mashed potatoes, roasted asparagus, and glazed carrots, as well as a mixed green salad tray.

The 1770 House
The 1770 House in East Hampton has curated an Easter To Go Kit. Chef Michael Rozzi’s Easter Kit serves four to six adults for $400. Please order by Thursday, April 1st for an April 3rd pick up from 2-4pm.
Main course options include:
- Pastured Oregon beef tenderloin with mushroom and red wine jus
- Free-range Australian leg of lamb with roasted garlic and Dijon.
Both mains come with three cooked sides, ready to reheat including roasted asparagus mimosa with tarragon-caper-egg dressing; snap pea, baby carrot and artichoke fricassee; and truffled potato gratin with caramelized onions.
Dessert choices are:
- The 1770 House signature warm date cake with sticky toffee sauce and vanilla gelato.
- Snuffle cake with pineapple, coconut, rum caramel, and vanilla gelato.
House favorite caramel popcorn is an added treat with each order.
