Baron’s Cove

Baron’s Cove is the perfect place to bring the whole family, including man’s furry best friend. The hotel offers plenty of outdoor space for pets up to 50 lbs to visit. When booking, guests should note that they will be bringing along their pet to ensure they reserve a pet-friendly room. 

Pet-friendly rooms provide private garden space and special amenities just for your pup including a Baron’s Cove dog bed, delicious dog treats and recommended walking routes. Note that you might have to show your ESA letter if you are visiting Baron’s Cove with your emotional support dog.

Literary legend John Steinbeck, his wife Elaine and their pet Charley were known to frequent Baron’s Cove for relaxing stays. In honor of their famous guests, Baron’s Cove offers a Travels with Charley package. The package, designed specifically with pets in mind, includes a copy of Steinbeck’s Travels with Charley, daily breakfast, dog-friendly accommodations and a special welcome kit including a Baron’s Cove frisbee and special dog treats. 

Mill House Inn

The Mill House Inn loves welcoming dogs, big and small, to stay at one of their 5 dog-friendly suites. In the special suites, guests will find dog beds and water bowls. Homemade dog food is available upon request.

The Mill House Inn is more than happy to recommend plenty of pup-friendly places for you to visit. Whether you are looking for the perfect dog-friendly beach spot, or a list of restaurants that welcome pets with open arms, their personal assistants will help you throughout your visit. 

This year, Mill House Inn has already secured plenty of East Hampton Town Beach Parking Passes. These passes give guests access to a variety of dog-friendly beaches.

The hotel can also connect you with the local vet, EH Vet Group, which offers grooming services. Dog walkers and sitters are available as well, if requested.

Whether you’re sitting by the fire pit or seeking shade on the large lawn, there is plenty of green space to enjoy with your pet right on property. The surrounding area also lends itself nicely to discovering the Hamptons with your four-legged friend. Visit nearby dog-friendly beaches like Albert’s Landing Beach or take a walk through Main Street and local beachside neighborhoods.

At the time of booking, guests should specify that they are planning to bring their pet. This will ensure you are able to book one of the hotel’s 16 pet friendly rooms. On property, guests will find plenty of outdoor space along with a designated relief spot. 

The Southampton Inn is within walking distance to the town center, which is a great place to discover with your pet. Or, you can take a short drive to one of the area’s dog-friendly beaches where your pet can run free.
