NAIA Hamptons celebrated their grand opening on August 1st at the Capri Hotel in Southampton on Montauk Highway. The newly opened NAIA (meaning Sea Nymph in Greek) is offers a fresh, sexy menu with farm to table global cuisine. NAIA is one of the few spots in the Hamptons where literally every dish on the menu shines like (edible) gold.
Founded by Michael Pitsinos, this one-of-a-kind dining experience pairs a phenomenally crafted menu with top notch service in a European beach-chic setting. Enjoy international favorites and craft cocktails as well as their bottomless brunch daily.
Come in for live music and events during select evenings. NAIA has a resident DJ and classical violinist Bud Cahill, who plays on Saturdays and Sundays poolside.
A European Beach-Chic Vibe
The walls inside and outside of the restaurant are adorned by the art of Domingo Zapata, offering sexy summer murals. Additional art by Christopher Pugliese, also known as the Downtown DaVinci and Costa Picadas are on display.
Pair your experience with one of the refreshing, signature cocktails. One of our favorites is their signature NAIA Colada. It is made with Skinos masitha, Greek yogurt, lemon, vanilla, and cinnamon. The bartender, a Hamptons local, is incredibly talented and can also whip up whatever you desire.

NAIA Hamptons’ menu includes:
- Smoked Salmon Pinwheels with cucumber, cream cheese, and chives
- Cacio e Pepe Spaghetti with grated Pecorino Romano and black pepper
- Baked Halloumi with rustic toast and a lemon wedge
- Pineapple Chicken with Cajun chicken, pepper, onion, cilantro, and pineapple rice
- Spinach Rice with spinach, kale, onion, quinoa, and rice
Dessert includes a Vanilla Bean Cheesecake with vanilla beans, cream cheese and graham cracker crust; a Citrus Olive Oil Cake with orange, olive oil and syrup or the NAIA Bougatsa (our favorite!) with custard, phyllo and cinnamon sugar.

Sweet options include a Strawberry Banana Smoothie, Berries & Cream, Capri Lemon Tart, and Ice Cream. Ice cream flavors are vanilla, chocolate, rose, or basil!

Hours of Operation and Additional Information
NAIA Hamptons is currently open seven days a week. Monday-Thursday from 11am-10pm, with the dinner menu starting at 6pm. Friday-Sunday from 11am to midnight, the dinner menu starts at 6pm. Bottomless brunch is served from 11am-2pm daily.
Indoor dining can seat 50. Outdoor dining can seat 100 diners spaced out as per guidelines from local and state health officials.
NAIA Hamptons will be open until the end of the year. As of yet, they intend to stay open year round.
