Canoe Place in Hampton Bays is considered America’s oldest inn. Inspired by Mediterranean flavors, this menu features a plentitude of mouthwatering dishes. The dining options at Canoe Place include The Tavern, The Bottle Room, and The Terrace. Notable items on the brunch menu include Whipped Ricotta toast and Baked Crab Dip to start, followed by Eggs Benedict or Monte Cristo as the main. Pair your food with a Blood Mary or Bellini and you’ll get the perfect brunch experience. 

The weekend brunch hours at Canoe Place take place from 11:30am-2:45pm.

Cowfish in Hampton Bays is a delectable brunch spot. Open year-round, this is a perfect spot for weekend brunch. Located right on the water, Cowfish is where you’ll want to find yourself on a Saturday or Sunday. Some of their favorite brunch items include Lemon Ricotta Pancakes, Shrimp Panzenella, and Egg White Frittata. 

The weekend brunch hours for Cowfish are Saturday from 11:30 am – 10 pm and Sunday from 11:30 am – 9 pm. 

Claude’s – Southampton

Claude’s in Southampton is the spot for a Sunday morning brunch or breakfast. Located at the Southampton Inn, Claude’s offers an ambiance of warmth and relaxation. You can dine inside at Claude’s Cafe or on a beautiful day, dine outside in the courtyard. Some of the notable brunch items include Smoked Salmon Scramble, Brioche French Toast, Lobster Roll, and more. 

There is a weekend brunch from 11 am – 2 pm. Reservations can be made online.

Golden Pear Cafe

Bridgehampton, East Hampton & Southampton

The Golden Pear Cafe has three different locations in Bridgehampton, East Hampton, and Southampton, giving you three options to try it out! Some of their prominent brunch items include French toast, omelets, breakfast burritos, and a multitude of sandwiches. 

Southampton hours: Monday – Saturday 6:30 am – 5 pm; Sunday until 4:30 pm

Bridgehampton hours: Monday – Saturday 6:30 am – 5 pm; Sunday until 4:00 pm

East Hampton hours: Sunday – Thursday 6:30 am 4 pm; Friday & Saturday until 5 pm

Hampton Maid

Established in 1959, The Hampton Maid hotel is popular among its visitors. Not only is it a beautiful hotel, but it has exceptional dining options. Breakfast is served Thursday through Sunday, with favorites that include pancakes, French toast, eggs and omelets.

The dinner restaurant, R.AIRE, offers classic dishes with a modern twist from chef Alex Bujoreanu. Using fresh and local ingredients, Chef Bujorneanu has created a menu that provides an amazing dining experience. The two options for dinner are a Spain-inspired a la carte menu and a six-course tasting menu. The a la carte menu has cuisine such as paella, grilled chorizio, and crescent duck breast. The tasing menu varies each weekend, surprising guests with new and exciting food. Happy hour at R.AIRE includes delicious tapas, salads, and a raw bar.

Happy hour at R.AIRE is Tuesday through Thursday from 4 pm – 6 pm. Breakfast is served Thursday through Sunday from 8 am – 12 pm on weekdays and 8 am – 1 pm on weekends. R.AIRE is open Tuesday through Saturday from 4 pm – 9:30 pm.

John’s Pancake House


John’s Pancake House is a cash-only pancake house that has all of the brunch delights you can think of. There is an array of breakfast foods to choose from including a handful of pancakes, specialty crepes, eggs, french toast, breakfast potatoes, sandwiches, salads, and more. 

John’s Pancake House is open all week from 6 am – 2 pm. Whether you’re stopping in for breakfast or brunch, this spot has everything you can think of!

Jean-Georges at Topping Rose House is one you will not want to miss. Whether you are looking to have breakfast, brunch, lunch, or dinner, this restaurant is sure to satisfy you! The brunch is particular has remarkable cuisine. The menu includes dishes such as a warm shrimp salad, tuna tartare, warm Maine lobster roll, and roasted Faroe Island salmon. With a terrific ambiance and more notable dishes, Jean-Georges is a must-try. 

Brunch at Jean-Georges is Saturday and Sunday from 11:30 am – 3 pm.

Flora also has brunch cocktails that go great with a meal, including an Aperol Spritz and a Cold Brew Martini. 

Flora’s brunch hours are Saturday and Sunday from 11 am – 4 pm. 

Southampton Publick House


The Southampton Publick House in Southampton is a favorite among its visitors. Surrounded by various restaurants and stores, Southampton Publick House is in a perfect location. Offering brunch, lunch, and dinner, the restaurant offers a plethora of rich food options. Items on their brunch menu include a Maryland-style crab cake and poached egg, corned beef hash and eggs, and a freshly baked quiche of the day. 

Southampton Publick House’s brunch hours are Saturday and Sunday from 11:30 am – 3 pm.
