Claude’s – Southampton

Claude’s in Southampton is the spot for a Sunday morning brunch or breakfast. Located at the Southampton Inn, Claude’s offers an ambiance of warmth and relaxation. You can dine inside at Claude’s Cafe or on a beautiful day, dine outside in the courtyard. Some of the notable brunch items include Smoked Salmon Scramble, Brioche French Toast, Lobster Roll, and more.

The dinner restaurant, R.AIRE, offers classic dishes with a modern twist from chef Alex Bujoreanu. Using fresh and local ingredients, Chef Bujorneanu has created a menu that provides an amazing dining experience. The two options for dinner are a Spain-inspired a la carte menu and a six-course tasting menu. The a la carte menu has cuisine such as paella, grilled chorizio, and crescent duck breast. The tasing menu varies each weekend, surprising guests with new and exciting food. Happy hour at R.AIRE includes delicious tapas, salads, and a raw bar.

Happy hour at R.AIRE is Tuesday through Thursday from 4 pm – 6 pm. Breakfast is served Thursday through Sunday from 8 am – 12 pm on weekdays and 8 am – 1 pm on weekends. R.AIRE is open Tuesday through Saturday from 4 pm – 9:30 pm.
