A favorite cocktail warmer is the Calissa Toddy. Their Hot Toddy is crafted with Apple Brandy, Rockey’s, Black Tea, Clove, Star Anise, and Lemon.
For a taste of the Mediterranean with a twist, try the Ginger & Fred: Aviation Gin, Pear, Clove, and Star Anise.
Brunch Menu Highlights
Begin with a selection Mezze options. Top choices include Santorinian Hummus with Cretan Olive Oil, Avocado Tzatziki, Kafteri, or a Grand Pikilia Platter, which includes all six mezzo items.
Appetizers include Crispy Zucchini Chips; Mykonian Rocket Salad; warm Saganaki Cheese with local honey, sesame, and fig jam; and Avgolemono Soup with chicken, lemon, orzo and spinach.
Brunch entrees include Lobster Benedict, Thick-Sliced French Toast with walnut butter and whipped Greek Yogurt, and an Egg & Sausage Gyro. One of the favorite options is Shakshuka: oven-poached eggs, tomato, peppers, onion, cumin and paprika.
Custom omelets are also available.
Their brunch menu also features a selection of lunch options like the Souvlaki Platter, Lamb Saganaki Burger, and Lobster Pasta with fennel and mint.
Calissa’s Hours & Information
Calissa’s winter brunch menu is available every Sunday from 11:30am-3pm. The restaurant also serves dinner nightly beginning at 5pm. They also regularly offers special holiday menus and also offers catering, takeout, and delivery. Takeout and delivery are available daily 4-9pm.
Their sister restaurants are Amali on Manhattan’s Upper East Side, and Bar Marseille in the Rockaways.
