Okay, so you know that feeling when you sit down, glance at the menu, and already know what you’re ordering? Well, that’s the roast effect. Basically, a proper Sunday roast doesn’t mess around, it tastes like comfort.

Plus, the whole thing is meant to be eaten slowly. You sip your drink, have a bite, maybe stare out the window for a bit, and say something like, “That was a good call,” even though you both knew from the start it would be. It’s going home, getting into soft clothes, maybe putting something on in the background that you’ve already watched before, and flopping on the sofa or bed and just enjoying that full yet relaxed feeling. Seriously, nothing in the world can top that! It’s about existing slowly.
