Dining at The Biltmore

The Biltmore culinary team creates some of the finest, and most memorable gourmet experiences. These include formal and casual dining options like their authentic Italian restaurant Fontana, and more.

In addition, The Biltmore hosts high tea on select afternoons with music by a live harpist. 

Afternoon tea, served Wednesday through Sunday, is one of the few traditional English high teas offered in the Miami area. The menu rotates seasonally with a selection of finger sandwiches, breads, scones, and petit fours.

Choose from a wide variety of teas, along with a refined selection of champagne and sparkling wine, including their own Biltmore Mimosa.

Room service is an experience in and of itself, within their five-star rooms. A full gourmet breakfast is available to enjoy in your hotel suite. Dishes include French Toast, a tropical fruit platter, Virginia ham, eggs any style with bacon and potatoes, baked goods, and a selection of beverages.

The Relaunch of Sunday Brunch

The Biltmore Hotel’s world-famous brunch is now served 10am-4 pm every Sunday. Seatings are available at 10am, noon, and 2pm.

The al fresco dining area is situated in the beautiful and serene courtyard in the center of the notable resort. Guests can experience an all- encompassing board selection premium package for $90 per person or select from the numerous a la carte options.

Rooms & Suites

Guestrooms range from Superior rooms to Executive suites. The legendary Everglades Presidential Suite and the Merrick Penthouse Suite, named after the resort’s founder George Merrick, are among The Biltmore’s most distinguished accommodations. Luxury rooms and suites feature European feather bedding, and balconies.

Luxurious bath amenities including soft and plush 100% cotton robes and towels.

Two stately Presidential Suites are located within The Biltmore tower and include views extending to Biscayne Bay. One of these spectacular suites features a two-story exclusive accommodation decorated with soaring hand-painted ceilings and a three-bedroom penthouse.

Hotel Offered Activities

Looking to brush up on your cooking skills while on vacations? If you have a passion for gastronomy, The Biltmore’s Culinary Academy is one of the only recreational cooking schools operating in North America. They host a variety of classes in their fully equipped professional kitchen from workshops and team building events for both adults and children.

Current cooking classes include Asian Street Food, French Dessert, and Sushi 101, among other choices. Private cooking classes need to be booked at least one week in advance.

The hotel’s sprawling outdoor pool is one of the largest hotel swimming pools in the continental United States.

There is also a luxurious spa located on the seventh floor with panoramic views and treatments ranging from massage therapy, facials, therapeutic scrubs and wraps.

Poolside, you can find private cabanas.
