Earlier this summer, HomeExchange, the global leader in home exchange vacations with over 450,000 properties across 159 countries, launched HomeExchange Collection. Collection is a new community of like-minded travelers who meet, share, and exchange their luxury homes.

Jennifer Klodnicki, a North Fork resident, is Head of HomeExchange Collection. Prior to joining the exclusive community, Klodnicki was Regional Director of Marketing for Sightline Hospitality’s boutique hotels and restaurants on the East End and in Jackson Hole, Wyoming including Sound View Greenport and the Halyard Restaurant. She is originally from Long Island and moved back in 2017, after several years in London, to raise a family.

Klodnicki said her favorite part about the community is the building of relationships. “By exchanging their lifestyles, members create connections and live memorable experiences that can’t be found in regular travel guides,” Klodnicki explained. “The real luxury for members is to feel at home anywhere in the world, guided by their host’s advice, to enjoy uncovering the unique local culture and customs,” she continued.

Current membership is as varied as the homes, with notable sustainable and ecological fashion designers, international consultants, interior designers, scientists, architects, artists, and engineers all among the community. Hospitality, generosity and trust are essential values that link the members of HomeExchange Collection together and allow everyone to travel with peace of mind.

HomeExchange Collection now features over 300 homes in more than 35 different countries. Unique and authentic accommodations are individually certified on quality, location, and amenities after being evaluated by the HomeExchange Collection team.
