Lime Rock Park Historic Festival 38
Lime Rock Park in Lakeville, CT is CT’s favorite spot for racing events. This natural terrain motorsport racing venue hosts an annual historic festival where attendees can watch vintage cars race around the track.
The festivities kick off Thursday, September 3rd with a vintage car parade driving through 17 towns and finishing at Lime Rock.
Through Monday September 7th spectators can enjoy racing and the Concours d’Elegance and Gathering of the Marques on Sunday September 6th that will feature 1,000 vintage cars and motorcycles.

They also regularly hosts events, and on Labor Day weekend. The resort will host the Food Truck Festival! Over 30 trucks will attend this event.
In addition to amazing food, the festival will also offer live entertainment, children’s activities, and fireworks show. Mohegan Sun is well known for offering fun for the whole family, so it is no surprise this food truck festival offers just that.
Corn Maze Kick-Off
Labor Day weekend means the opening of corn mazes across Connecticut. Ellsworth Farm Corn Maze opens September 4th and will be open until November 25th. The 3.5 acre corn field is designed into a gigantic maze. Visiting is so much fun for children and adults!Â
At Ellsworth Hill Orchard & Berry Farm, see the vintage Lionel interactive train display. Have the opportunity to interact with some of the first and largest standard gauge trains made in the early 1900’s. They are open daily in Sharon, CT.Â
