Instructions

– Prepare the sauce: Mix 30g of tteokbokki sauce mix with 200ml of water.

– Add ingredients: Add rice cakes and fish cake (optional) for a richer flavor.

– Cook: Stir and simmer for 5–10 minutes until the rice cakes well absorb the sauce.

– Finish: Garnish with sliced green onions, boiled eggs, or cheddar cheese for an extra layer of flavor.
