Savor a Montauk sunset and refreshing ocean breeze at Gurney’s Resort this spring and summer with your own private waterfront bungalow. Gurney’s Montauk has partnered with Fête-founder Jung Lee, to create a one-of-a-kind luxurious experience at the resort’s seasonal Bungalows by the Sea.
The Bungalows at Gurney’s Resort in Montauk are perfect for groups of friends and family members of all ages as part of a weekend getaway out east. The bungalows are open to both hotel guests and the general public.
The new bungalows debuted in early May and will be available to book in advance through Labor Day.
Jung Lee will also be curating a chic picnic experience for guests to enjoy on the beach and the grounds throughout the summer. Lee and Fête will assist Gurney’s Montauk for future weddings and events.
The Bungalow Menu and Experience
With the backdrop of the Atlantic Ocean, the al fresco aperitif and dining experience has a chic and lush ambience. The elegant space utilizes bamboo as a focal point.
Each private bungalow is available for up to six people. Each bungalow is complete with a seasonal menu. The menu is created by Jung and Robert Hamburg, the new executive chef of Gurney’s Montauk. The experience also features a menu of curated cocktails, cozy furry blankets, and an open air fire-pit.
The curated menu features small bites and big bites. Top small bites include: Ceviche, Artisan Meats and Cheeses, and Wagyu “Pigs in a Blanket”. Popular big bites are: the Lobster Roll (traditional or warm spicy sriracha), and the OG Burger with smoked ranch and cheddar cheese. Portion sizes are generous! There is also a kids menu.
